1 Introduction & Acceptance

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

3.3 Account Closure

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. 77bag may, after issuing reasonable notice to the registered mobile number, deduct a monthly administrative fee from the balance of inactive accounts. The fee schedule applicable to inactive accounts will be communicated at the time of notification. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Placement and Acceptance of Bets

A bet is accepted and confirmed only when 77bag issues a unique bet reference number and the bet appears in your confirmed bet history. Receipt of a bet slip on your screen does not alone constitute acceptance; the bet must be confirmed in your account transaction history. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, 77bag's records of accepted bets will be definitive.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake returned where: the event is cancelled or postponed and does not take place within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time; the market is suspended prior to settlement due to a verified integrity concern; or the bet was accepted at odds that contained a manifest error as determined by the 77bag trading team. Voided bets will be returned to your wallet at the original stake amount within 24 hours of the void decision.

5.4 Cricket and BPL/IPL Specific Rules

For cricket markets including BPL, IPL, T20 internationals, ODIs, and Test matches, standard cricket betting rules apply. A match must progress to the point at which a result is possible under the applicable competition rules for bets to stand. For T20 and limited-overs matches, a minimum of 10 overs per side must be completed unless a result has already been determined. In-play markets on delayed or interrupted matches may be suspended at any time at the discretion of the trading team pending clarification of match status.

6 Casino Games

9 Bonuses & Promotions

9.1 General Bonus Terms

10 Intellectual Property
